1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bush Noble Trading LLC website at bushandnoble.com (the “Site”) and any enquiry, brokerage, or charter services provided by Bush Noble Trading LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Bush Noble Trading LLC is a luxury yacht brokerage located at Office 106, Ibn Battuta Gate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Nature of our services

Bush Noble Trading LLC acts as a broker and intermediary in the sale, purchase, and charter of yachts. We introduce buyers, sellers, and charter clients and facilitate transactions. Except where expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not act as principal, owner, insurer, or guarantor of any vessel. All transactions are subject to a separate written brokerage, purchase, or charter agreement between the relevant parties.

3. Listings, pricing, and availability

3.1 Listing information, including specifications, prices, charter rates, and availability, is provided by yacht owners and third-party feed providers (including YachtWorld and Ankor) and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication but is not warranted by us.

3.2 Prices and charter rates are indicative, may be quoted in USD or other currencies, and are subject to change, prior sale, or withdrawal without notice. Listings marked “price on application” (POA) require a direct enquiry.

3.3 Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. No contract for the sale or charter of any vessel arises until a formal agreement is signed by the relevant parties.

4. Enquiries and transactions

4.1 Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on either party until a written agreement is executed.

4.2 Commissions, deposits, viewing arrangements, sea trials, surveys, and completion terms are governed by the relevant brokerage, purchase, or charter agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and vessel photography, is owned by or licensed to Bush Noble Trading LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to scrape or harvest data other than as permitted by our published robots.txt and llms.txt, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the Site’s operation.

7. Third-party links and feeds

The Site may reference or incorporate third-party content and feeds. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sources.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

8.1 The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bush Noble Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on listing information, price/availability data, or the unavailability of the Site.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing law

Any dispute arising out of the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification, termination or invalidation of this contract or arising there from or relating thereto in any manner whatsoever, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions set forth under the DIFC Arbitration Rules issued by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The seat of such arbitration shall be the Dubai International Financial Centre and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at bushandnoble.com/terms-and-conditions with the “last updated” date above.
